I really think and hope we'll be able to have concerts during the summer months of 2021.
And I still think they're going to postpone The Chromatica Ball to more or less exactly a year later.

If it is actually going to be close to 2022 before someone like Gaga can do a concert, I almost wish she figured out some sort of streamed concert for Chromatica. Touring the album that late will feel off. Hopefully all of us can figure out a way to celebrate the album this summer. Of course I would love to go to my NYC show eventually, but at that point a tour under a different name and such might feel more appropriate.

Maybe she could perform in an empty stadium, and they could film it? lol

I was supposed to go to the NJ show 😭 I was gonna stay with my friends that live in the city. So disappointed! Was looking forward to experiencing chromatica in person.

I feel like 2021 is still too early for concerts. By the third quarter of that year we would have just gotten the vaccine in the best case scenario. Do we really want to be packing 50,000+ people in a stadium at that point?

Hopefully **** like SNL, Ellen and Fallon are hack in full swing within the next 3 months.

No, I won't elaborate. I just told you.

I think she'll announce the postponement/cancellation once the album is out so the ticket sales count towards the album

I knew it was a bad idea to tour for LG6; admittedly for different reasons, but looks like I turned out to be right--in the most unexpected of ways. Perhaps she can make up for it by filming lots of music videos or maybe doing a Chromatica music movie? A La Lemonade.

She should just bow out of the Chromatica era gracefully and instead move on to making and releasing LG7 before filming the Gucci movie. The music has always been the most important part anyways.

I think worst case scenario for fans but best case scenario would be to cancel any live shows at this point and just film something in an empty arena or warehouse and just stream it live. Charge a fee for the live stream and even release it for VOD.

You still need a lot of people to run a concert even if no one shows up. Think of all the technicians, dancers, musicians, security staff, assistants, caterers, cleaning staff, etc. I can't imagine Gaga putting on a show like that with everything going on.

"We will need to postpone The Chromatica Ball. Thank you for your understanding. It's like they say: when it rains it pours.
Well, I say rain on me. Here is a gift and a token of appreciation. I hope you love this next single as much as Ari and I do! #RainOnMe"

But that would make too much sense :flop:

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

SNL just wrapped up its season with an at-home season finale this past weekend. The earliest a new show will come is this fall.

No idea about Ellen and Fallon though – not sure how long it will take before the governors in California and New York decide it's safe for talk shows to resume in their studios.

Those shows are happening from home. If Gaga got ready with hair and makeup for the One World performances, I think she can do it for some at home TV performances

Yup, I'm aware – I've been watching some of them. I think the user whom I quoted was wondering when they'd be able to pick back up "in full swing", i.e., from the studios with audiences. Regardless, even SNL from home is done for the season, but shows like Ellen, Fallon, etc. are still happening from home.
