ChicaSkas 22,930
Of course they are mad. In all likelihood these were hacked straight from Inez or Vidooh's computers. How can you blame them for being mad? if someone hacked your work that you intended to put out a certain way, and spilled the whole thing without your permission, you would be upset. Of course it's great to see the images, and of course I would be a hypocrite to say I don't enjoy looking at them, but I can fully understand where Inez and Vidooh are coming from. I feel torn really, because I feel sad for them that their plans for their art was spoiled, but on the same token I am grateful to see the pictures. I can't help being glad, they are beautiful. But the fact that Inez and Vidooh are upset and possibly Gaga is upset bothers me. Do YOU own the 4' by 6' Perfect Illusion promo Poster? Will pay you for it. SomethingMore 1,701
LOL I would leak them on purpose now. Why the **** does she need those photos? Is she rubbing her vagina while looking at them? Are they soo scandalous? Why cant we see them? Its from an old photoshoot!
Hunky Dory 0
Well, someone needs to renew their copyright license. She should look after her work so that this doesn't happen.
Guest
They are not "just" photos, as you can see this shoot meant a lot to Inez. And imo a photoshoot losts its magic after we get all of outtakes. Just check Cosmo, no one even cares about it now tbh. Just respect her opinion, there are enough Gaga pictures for us
Guest
I think it is disappointing that it are the Little Monsters of all fanbases that do not seem to understand the importance of this matter. Lady Gaga thinks everything through carefully and knows exactly what she wants to create. She has a certain image and feeling she has about something, like for example the way she wants to handle the promotion of a song. By leaking pictures of photoshoots, all her hard work is affected and Monsters are not respecting the art that Gaga and Inez & Vinoodh have created. I'm actually going as far as to say that leaking a Gaga album, seen from an artistic perspective, is less of a problem to me, because it does not affect the way the album or her art is seen, it is still the same album; it will cost her sales however, so it should not be leaked either! When pictures or videos are leaked that were never to be published and seen by the public, it affects the way the related images are interpreted. This is just my opinion though, I respect that not everyone shares my ideas. I just hope Monsters realise how important art is and leaking pictures that are not meant for the public affect what Gaga worked hard on to create! Winter 0
i'm disgusted at the attitudes of many in this thread, these photos are their work, and they intended to not have them released for a reason and this should be respected- not 'oh they're old anyway, why did they take them if no one could see them!!!' &'just photos'? are you dismissing their entire profession as 'just photos'?, they clearly mean a lot more to inez than just some pixels on a screen, and the same applies for any photographer
Zilla 13,382
Okay coming from an artistic background, we do lots of things that we feel aren't what we are trying to convey. So we choose not to release those things because if we did, it would take away from our actual projects. Hacking and stealing works is the ultimate slap in the face to the person who created the work. You don't know how many hours of work goes into the finished product. Don't say you do unless you've been there. Our works are our "babies". Of course we'll get upset if they're stolen (I luckily never had stuff stolen). It's still theft. Neight Shayde 7,925
I agree. If I were her, i'd also feel really sad that those photos got leaked. It's somebody's work! why would you release it if you have no freaking permission to do so? I'd feel depressed if that happens to my work to be honest. :(
Khashoggi 1
As photographer I can only respect their opinion. The only problem now is. How much we, as professionals can sue someone, it's hard to sue people for those kind of things, especially if you don't know who leaked them. If you do know&you have a contract with that person it's way easier. As it can be seen as a breach of contract. What you see a lot as well is that people use your photo's and then say it's theirs. Not removing a watermark. I can put watermarks on a photo visible&invisible. So, there's always a watermark on it. It's just a sad thing that other people want to profit over other people backs&hard work! So the original makers can loose a lot of money because of this! You can really ruin somebody's life with it(financially getting bankrupt, then other physical things can happen)! And yes, I know what I'm talking about. Someone recently has done this to me, saying a photo was his while I took the photo, and he was even too stupid for not removing all watermarks. I can send a lawyer to him because he ruins my life for not getting any income on the photo etc.

Taylor Monster 38
I can see both sides of the argument. But for me, the outtakes are BEAUTIFUL and are just wonderful wallpapers for my laptop
Khashoggi 1
I can see both sides of the argument. But for me, the outtakes are BEAUTIFUL and are just wonderful wallpapers for my laptop Well, with the other hand(in my opinion) since the internet came big. The change people misuse your photo's became bigger and bigger everyday. Also the hacking on computers. You can't stop it for a 100%. Nor that people don't agree in the end with your contract&do hope for not being caught.

I both feel bad for having the whole photo shoot as it is ruining the whole artistic vision that made this photo shoot brilliant and happy I do have the outtakes as it's interesting to see what got cut from the artist vision, Kinda has a sense of rebelness that I have them also. At least (For the time being) shes being credited/her name is along side the photos. I just hope this brings more business with Inez. But I am using the photos for personal use, wallpapers as I said, and i'm not going to post them on the internet (Make signatures out of them/ avatars) I hope Gaga works with Inez again for ARTPOP
