For context, the highest day so far has been ~2,700 and most of April ranged from 2-2.5k with some days below 2k.

Remember everyone: This man is pressuring low-middle income workers to go back to work knowing full well that the death toll will rise over the next 4-6 weeks. They are deliberately counting on poor people dying in order to make sure our economy is running again. A lot of these workers don't get PTO/sick days, let alone hazard pay. This ****ing traitor has got to go.

It's not just him, but the complete disregard for human life and deliberate manipulation of the media and his impressionable supporters is unprecedented. I'm not going to pretend that he owns all of America's problems, but saying everyone is equally evil is also baseless and fixes nothing. This man is *the* biggest problem we have.

Awful. I’ve seen some of Trump’s briefings and read his Tweets. The way he constantly contradicts himself and his supporters don’t catch on to it is boggling.

At least Biden and the Democrats have potential to bend to the public's whims and we'll be holding Biden to an extremely high standard if he's our next president. Trump meanwhile is unable to think or feel for anyone other than himself, to the point where he can freely lie and gaslight with zero repercussions. I was reading an article the other day where one of Bush’s former speechwriters stated that Trump’s current strategy of putting profits over people is his desperate attempt at reviving the economy for the 3rd quarter to hopefully get him re-elected. That’s what he’s banking on and you know he only cares about profits when he does s*** like sign an executive order forcing meat processing plants to remain open knowing they’re a major hub for infections spreading just like nursing homes and longterm care facilities.
