Paparazzi and I Like It Rough hinted at the darkness of The Fame Monster. 

TFM:

Dance In The Dark and Teeth hinted at the loud rebelliousness and grittiness and strangeness of Born This Way. 

BTW: I think Scheiße predicted the electronic and 'ravey' aspect of ARTPOP. 

AP: 

MANiCURE predicted the brash and rockstar edge of Joanne and Gypsy predicted its personal and 'folksy' elements of it. 

J: We know most of Joanne slides smoothly into the 'country/rock/americana' of A Star Is Born. 

ASIB: I don't think this counts as a Gaga album officially but you can say the pop songs on this soundtrack predicted Chromatica.

Marry The Night was a biopic of her life as a Phoenix rising from the ashes for you Applause. Guy showed how corrupt the music industry was and was a rebirth. She sings in a desert pretending how relevant she was in Perfect Illusion because of the corrupt industry.
