Talking about mental health is important as much as talking about music for a pop star. Don’t forget, she’s raising awareness, not giving you the cure.

I disagree. Mental health awareness should always come first.

Releasing an album may help others cope with music, but its not the only way. And if you want to listen to new music, there are thousands of other artists to listen to.

And I don't think its okay to joke about mental health even if you are dealing with it. Gaga throughout her career has always touched about this subject and for people to joke about it and tell her to release the album instead because they don't care what she's doing is just wrong. If Gaga did this, you guys would tear her apart.

And I know Gaga she's raising awareness, not giving us the cure, I didn't forget that. This site always focuses on the negative more than the positive. Why not just appreciate she is raising awareness and stop complaining and focusing on the album every second during this quarantine.

(By the way, this isn't targeted only at you)

This is a perfect response:

The concern some people have is that they’re saying her music is the only thing that can help individuals cope with anxiety and depression. I find that to be the biggest sign of codependency, because then what happens to those same people who fall back into their slump when the era is over? It’s upsetting because when she tries to address how serious mental health is (which I know is affecting A LOT more people now with the lockdowns), people bash her and criticize her for prioritizing this over an album.

This is a perfect response:

1) because I Personally don’t need a POP STAR to tell me anything about mental health

2) because my mental health is taken care by a professional

3) because she is a Pop Star who makes music. But lately she is making makeup and all sort of things instead of music. She can do whatever she want but I think nobody would say a word if she could give the MUSIC FANS some MUSIC. Don’t you agree?
The point is not: “**** you with your mental health awareness” the point in here is “where the f*ck is the music among all these other things”

1. Yes, to you. But, some people may have a good home life, so hearing about it from a celebrity they look up to can help.

2. Same as above. Some people do not have access to a professional.

3. I'm a "music fan" and I want music, we all do. But, I'm not going to attack her and complain when she doesn't release. She'll release it when she wants. She shouldn't have to do something she doesn't want to do just to make a rather loud sect of her fandom stop complaining.

The really fantastic thing about kindness is that it's free -Lady Gaga
