ChvVolk 2,340
As a gay Mexican from a Mexican immigrant family, its not a skip. My mom, who doesn't speak much English enjoys the song as well. When I first heard it, it shocked me because I've never experienced someone at Gaga's level saying that people like my family, aren't forgotten and matter. So I'm not surprised white people call it a skip. You won't understand the life immigrants live.

NCgaga 4,324
Americano is one of the best from the album. Her live performances of it in Mexico(thr accoustic ones) are some of my favorites performances she has ever done.
Massive Monster 5,024
I love Born This Way, it's might favorite era, but I do think there are too many tracks on the album, Americano is a skip for me, it's still a quirky take on mariachi music with dark techno synth and house. Kind regards

They don't like it sonically for its loudness and abrasiveness. It's a nice gesture for Gaga to sing about but to some people it missed the mark. There are people that don't like the song Born This Way too no matter how meaningful the lyrics are. And that's okay. Props to Lady Gaga though for talking about illegal immigration before it became such a hot topic. She was ahead of her time.

I love the lyrics and background of the song. I was just wondering is it skip worthy.
Doot 2
I didn't use to like it actually, but it heavily grew on me over time. Still not an album highlight, but I can groove to it.
