This incessant need to ignore this whole pandemic for a $4 cup of coffee is pathetic. This! I’m excited about my post-corona life! 7.5million population with only 4 deaths and 1000 cases despite our Close proximity with China and a Chinese ass kissing government. You just have to pay attention to personal hygiene and use masks. We didn’t even have a lockdown. I mean, the flu season lasts around 6 months if I'm not mistaken and we haven't dealt with COVID-19 for this long. On top of that, if it's true that countries that didn't/don't have a lockdown are experimenting a decline in new cases and deaths, their death tolls is still higher than other contries (at least Sweden's). I would also like to say that the US health system... is not Sweden's. You also have to take into account that obesity in the US is insanely high compared to some other countries. This alone could be fatal for many cases. Each country is different, and this is why they all have to deal with this virus differently. As for people starving because of the lockdown, maybe if the US had more social politics it would be different. But I guess it's too complicated to understand for those who think socialism = communism = death of liberty. American people's strong attachment to liberty could lead to the deaths of many, as seen with the protests or the number of pastors who died because they refused social distancing (well, actually it doesn't seem unusual considering America obscene gun fetish and its consequences...)
