Madame Goo Goo 3,870
The Fame is Gaga's only studio album to not reach #1 on the Billboard 200. It stalled at #2 after being blocked by Susan Boyle. I'm proposing the biggest justice campaign yet. Not to get the album to No. 1 on iTunes, but on the official Billboard charts. Imagine how iconic this moment could be. Of course, we would need meticulous planning. We would need to choose a week without any major releases. A full tracking week that all Little Monsters - Twitter stans, IG stans, Gaga Dailys, etc. could all agree on. Who are the most powerful people in this fan base? Which fan accounts have the most followers? We need to contact them all - and we all need to agree on a week to start our #JusticeForTheFame campaign. We stream, stream, stream, and we BUY BUY BUY. Do you think we could move enough units to hit No. 1? Can we do this for Gaga? This will not be an easy feat - we'd need to shift about 100k units to even have a chance at #1. Which is why we need lots of planning and support from Little Monsters across all platforms. We could even try to get locals in on it, we may have to do some #FameBucks scammery. Lady Gaga doesn't owe us anything

Susan stopped it in worldwide year-end chart as well by only a few points http://www.mediatraffic.de/albums-2009.htm Spoiler but in 2010 The Fame/Monster was #1 Spoiler and then in 2011 Born This Way #2 because of Susan 2.0 = Adele Everything could be everything (it could mean anything)
Glamourpuss 29,062
It's made up for it with longevity. To this day it still charts and is Gaga's best selling album.

Both The Fame and The Fame Monster didn't go to number one. It was The Fame Monster that was cockblocked by Susan Boyle, not The Fame. The Fame came out in 2008, Both Susan Boyles album and The Fame Monster came out in November 2009. I think even Rihanna outsold Gaga that week with Rated R. The Fame Monster debuted at #4 during Black Friday week.

The Fame Monster isn't technically a studio album (in terms of what it's officially considered by the music industry - we all know Gaga considers it one) and peaked at #5. The Fame was absolutely blocked by Susan Boyle. The Fame didn't peak at #2 until January of 2010. Lady Gaga doesn't owe us anything

So how did she block a year old album? None of this makes sense.

It debuted at No. 16 in 2008 and rose to it's peak in 2010. Here's the evidence because for some reason you don't believe truth: https://www.billboard.com/charts/billboard-200/2010-01-16 that was the album's first week at #2.
