It's so distinct in it's aesthetic and the videos introduction so perfectly creates a hype / tension that leads into the actual song. It's flawless, I would love another collaboration between Gaga and Knight. 2. Bad Romance - No explanation needed. It's THE Gaga video. 3. Applause - I'm not crazy about I&V's work to be honest, but I love this video. They were far more creative than what I imagined they could be and I think Gaga's MV catalogue really needed a short, fun MV added to it. Each frame was a visual feast executed perfectly IMO. 4. Stupid Love - It's an explosion of fun and colour but a total hot mess all at once. I've seen it quite a few times and there's a few noticeable errors throughout it (i.e. dancers scrambling to get off camera, CGI mountain shadows in the background in certain frames, non sensical camera movements - and that silly mask that reflected the green screen). The narrative she tried to introduce re: Chromatica tribes/Chromatica as a place failed to translate - it almost seemed like an afterthought. 5. Perfect Illusion - I like the video, she looked sexy throughout it. It was so extra at the time, but also so toned down by her standards. I wasn't crazy about the scene with her driving in the car.. it felt just a little stereotypical. 6. Just Dance - I feel like I have sinned by putting JD last. Amazing song, and I love FameGa more than anything but this video was literally a hot mess / not a very attractive one. But I love it still. I really do.
