In fact how do we not know thats what is happening behind the scenes right now? Maybe she's still having directors edit visuals to serve us with? We have no idea if any the stuff she shot was even near complete. Yet people here scream and yell how dare she delay. She's obviously re-tooling everything for a different album promo strategy right now. That doesn't happen in a couple of weeks people. Maybe she's decided to take all the video stuff to be used for the tour and use it for the album promo.
