How many artists are now coming out with 80s/90s sounding songs... she will be behind the curve again but I just dont think we should care anymore is what I'm saying. Exactly like from the tour tickets to the few versions of the album I've pre-ordered il support it but from the rest of how the era went down so far and her only acknowledging the cover and tracklist because they leak as in comparison to past albums and the excitement and build up that wasn't there at all just her producers show more hype then her emoji tweets. She released a country style, semi religious album, toned down her style and her political statements, and did Vegas, for crazy prices. For fans that fell in love with the performances, the artistry, the statements, and the fact that shows were at a reasonable price, she's a different person. I wrote that comment as someone who doesn't care where she places on the charts or how successful she is in terms of sales. I remember pretty much throughout 2009-2012 one of the first things I'd do on a morning is log on and race to her Twitter and then check out all of the Gaga news and it was genuinely so exciting being a fan of hers. Nobody is doing 90's house music... both Dua and The Weeknd released music that was more disco and more funk than house its not like its trendy to do that type of music, so it wouldn't be "less fresh sounding" cause it hasn't happened yet. Plus, we know Stupid Love was recorded in 2018/2019 before Dua and The Weeknd as probably most of the material on Chromatica.
