tbh I’ll see this but on a side note I heard Selena’s father practically bashes anything related to Selena that his family isn’t part of (like being asked for input or whatever)

maria Celeste (famous journalist) did a crime type show about Selena and her father bashed it

like is it a money thing?

I mean it’s pretty personal to portray someone’s family member who passed away. I could see how they’d want to be involved.

Enzoooo

Honestly can her money hungry father just let her die already?

I know that sounds rude, but c’mon.

I live in South Texas, so of course I grew up on her and it’s beyond tragic what happened to her, and I still listen to her music, but her father basically let her die because of their religion (which is not okay but religion is religion and I respect anybody’s right to freedom of religion) and now he’s just profiteering the f*ck out of her career and early passing.

This series may seem like something new and fresh for people that live in other states, but having it flashed in your face everywhere down here gets tiring. Let her breath.

What do you mean he let her die because of their religion?

Her family is jehovah witness and they do not believe in blood transfusions. Selena would have most likely lived if they would have given her a blood transfusion as they were trying to save her, but her father forbid it.

I don't think that's the case.. She was pretty much death in the lobby of that hotel.. They only tried to reanimate her in the hospital and they failed.. Also the bulled hit major artery in her body and there was no way to save her from that unfortunately..
