Thank you 🥰 Why not the 11? The X is out of the question because it has a 2-year-old chip. If camera is a non-issue, the XR is a better proposition than the XS. I suggested the 11 because if you divide it by the years you receive iOS updates, the 11 becomes the better option, on top of a much better camera and faster performance. XR: $599/3yrs = $200/yr 11: $699/4yrs = $150/yr I'm using Apple's retail prices, so if you manage to get deals elsewhere, the calculation obviously changes. If you're not into it's design, that's fine because Android has a lot of other options. But if you want to buy into Apple's walled garden, this is how you get to iOS... aside from the iPad (which is a fantastic device even at the $329 entry level). It's not a question of Android vs Apple. They're counting on new customers to join and hopefully sell services. $399 is cheap by Apple iPhone standards. Otherwise just buy used/refurb.
