RQ/DL: BTWB DVD Chile

So my friend GagaMediaArchives ( @JustifyMyLove ) and I are trying to find the original DVD footage of this concert --- not the YT rip that I just found out I owned. 

 

Some backstory:

I originally posted this DVD rip 5 years ago on the 24 Days of Christmas Advent calendar we put on GGD every year.

 

Here is a quote from my discovery post in the Advent calendar thread:

"This is the first complete posting of this great rip on an alternate source (other than PirateBay, where it languished in un-downloadable leeched torrent hell until the day American Horror Story dropped (10-7-2015) and every Gaga fan and their brother logged into PB to download the show -- resulting in the wait time to DL dropping from 8 months ETA to less than a single hour. Thus, thanks to Gaga fans bombarding Pirate Bay in an AHS fueled lust, we are all able to enjoy a really rare moment in time in Gaga's touring history: fanmade shots of every song sung at the Born This Way Ball in Chile. This DVD rip is gigantic -- 4.27 Gigabytes, so it is still uploading to my personal drop box account. Due to file upload limit problems, I couldn't fit it on Mega.Co.Nz, Zippyshare, Mediafire or anything else, so I ended up buying a 30 day Dropbox subscription just for the GGD Advent.

GagaMediaArchives contacted me last week asking if I still had the file. It took me days to go through the harddrives but I did finally upload it. Nothing like quarantine to make all my little "honeydo" projects happen!

But here's where some dissapointment occured.

GMA told me that it was not the original DVD rip that I had given the fans that year -- but an LQ Youtube rip.

The bad news are that this footage is an edit from youtube of the original dvd bootleg leak
in very very bad quality -- worse than the original 4:3 post in youtube . Like, probably whoever created the torrent encapsulated that edit onto a dvd image and thats it. I literally thought it would be the original bootleg files but i'm not sure now if someone will ever share them in HQ. This is useful for whoever wants to print it right away on a DVD but i tell you the best they could do was use the original leak as it is and thats it."

 

As you can imagine, this Chica is bummed out. Total sadness.

So here I was thinking I had a DVD quality rip -- but it's not. 

 

 

So I appeal to you ------ did any of you download a version of this in HQ, back in 2015?

Thanks for your help, if any of you know of someone who might have DL'd this back in the day. It would be a perfect fit for something like the old DimeADozen torrent site of concerts, or someplace that has bootleg dvds.

I didn't even know there was a higher quality copy of this concert. I can't believe it. Hopefully that copy surfaces someday because I don't really care to watch this particular show in its current state. Not that I'm a quality buff or anything but the quality is unwatchable.

Ugh I feel so bad. I didn't have the ability five years ago to even watch it first before giving it away as an advent gift

Is this part of the original file? Uploader has a few other performances from the same night uploaded too.

Didnt he make the original britney vegas studio versions/live audio in 2014? He deleted his facebook 2 years ago, been trying to find him since!

I tried to contact the guy who recorded the footage like a year ago again bc when it was first posted I was going to buy the dvd he was selling (I was broke ofc). I had his contact but he is not replying anymore. 

Can't believe I missed the chance.
