It's true what she's said but It's almost like something someone would say if they didn't have money, which we all know with Gaga isn't the case. I have found most of her tweets and LM posts to somewhat bizarre lately though so... Yeah, her tweets have been really cryptic lately. For someone who doesn't care about money she sure talks about money a lot. I actually interpret the tweet as Interscope/whoever's managing her/Live Nation reigning in her budget for promo/videos/tour. Maybe she requested money for an extravagant stage set or music video and was rejected because the label wasn't willing (or able) to spend the money. So her response is: I may not have the budget I want, but I still have the talent to realize my artistic vision. That's how I see read the tweet. Maybe I'm reaching.
