Apart from it lowkey bombing stateside, The streaming girls will always be streaming girls. They are lucky that their strongest metric is streaming and they don't really lift a finger. The only one who could do a different campaign is Billie - even then its a choice whether she'd want to do a big campaign. 

Gaga comes from the digital era. She relies on promotion, deals, payola, heavy exposure. Its whst brings her music and visuals to life apart from helping sales. All of that is what makes her albums and singles stick. Without it, she would massively struggle.

Personally I think she should delay the album rollout till earliest July. Latest October. I'm ok with whatever they decide. The guy is right. Artists like Gaga have big campaign rollouts for their albums and heavily rely on them for success. Online Skype interviews and a cute little acapella song performances here & there just ain't gonna cut it for someone like her. Dua is a new artist with only two albums under her belt and can get away with it.

I don’t think everybody should postpone their album. There are many streaming  forces today that don’t depend on traditional promo lol
