I have a feeling Drumpf will be president again :neyde:

I’m more concerned that trump would try to delay the election if things aren’t going his way. His response to this epidemic has been terrible. When things like this happen under your watch, their will be consequences. At least I hope so.

Also, RCP(the average of all polls) has Biden AND Sanders up nearly 6 points each.

Out of these two, I prefer Joe. He’s a little less slimy.

Oddly enough, I see an add for re-electing our president on here right now that redirects you to his official site. I find it extremely immature that Donald refers to a former Vice President as “Sleepy Joe Biden” and a Senator who has had 40 years of political experience as “Crazy Bernie Sanders.” Especially when Melania is running the “Be Best” anti bullying campaign lol. :toofunny:

At the moment, there is a "rally around the flag" effect. What that means is that, during a crisis, approval of government and its leaders increases. At the moment, Trump's approval ratings have increased by about 5 to 7 points. This poll in particular has Trump's approval ratings being positive. Why that is important to note is that a majority of the country approve of the president, yet he's still behind.

What I believe will happen is that this "rally around the flag effect" will fade as the crisis continues and the economy struggles. Thats whats happens throughout history.

I'm not saying Trump will lose however. But what I am saying is that Trump is currently in a temporary polling bump and its inflating his numbers. If Trump's administration can sort through Miss Corona and this economic crisis, he'll be hard to beat, but that's a big "IF".

If 2016 thought us anything is that polls are useless. Trump could be well on his way back to the white house in 2020. There is no way Joe can handle him in those three debates.

Yeah this

Here in Canada criticism of Trudeau and even my Province Ontario's Premier (who is even more disliked) has dropped to near 0

Ppl are focused on unity and leadership right now and care less about the negative politics

Aren't these polls meaningless though if the deciding vote ultimately ends up being the electoral college and not the voters anyway?
