Yeah...She's kinda of saying both her album and Chromatica are done but she (Anitta) had music videos shot in advance but she won't release them now because of the pandemic situation. So she knows nothing about Gaga's videos. Perhaps, Anitta is assuming that unlike herself, Gaga had to postpone because had no MVs done in advance, not because she chose not to release. They probably misquoted her cause, "Parte da equipe da Lady Gaga também trabalha no meu álbum, mas os clipes dela não estão gravados" makes it seem that Gaga's clips aren't done yet.
