I would pick John Wayne if it wasnt for that MESSY camera and editing. In the later half of the video you cant even tell whats happening. That same camera also ruined Perfect Illusion for me. So I voted for the simple yet well filmed and edited Stupid Love :vegas:

I have to say John Wayne

If Jonas had taken less cocaine before he edited it, I would have appreciated it more.

I agree...the only thing that  don’t like is the editing, it’s too fast

I *really* don't like the constant jump cuts in John Wayne, but it's a much better video overall

Stupid Love! Both are really good videos, but I find the looks really fresh in Stupid Love. It may just be choreography in the dessert with Diamond mountains. But it's all really well executed and visually pleasing.

John Wayne's MV could've been her most recent iconic music video but the jarring editing ruined everything.

These 2 videos are among the bottom of her entire videography (in terms of being iconic/memorable), but certainly aren’t the worst.

At least John Wayne has a narrative and more than 2 scenes/outfits/etc.

I absolutely love the Stupid Love video, but John Wayne is one of my favorites,

I love the vibe of the video and its aesthetic, but you can tell with Stupid Love that its narrative was to fit being filmed on an iPhone. Theres a heavy focus on close ups in lieu of wideshots likely to do with an iPhone not being a high budget filming camera. Its all very 'boxed in'. Its like the secondary spotify vertical video barely anyone watches or a "performance video". John Wayne is by no means an odyssey in terms of storytelling or visuals but you can tell it wasnt an iPhone video and it has more going on (not meaning the slapdash editing).
