It's 100% not happening regardless of what she thinks (and I'm pretty sure she knows at this point she is going to postpone). They have cancelled the OLYMPICS in June, just one month before the first Chromatica show in July. I don't see how anyone in their right mind could think the tour will still go ahead as planned. They are not going to allow mass gatherings in a stadium in July, that's just an absurd idea especially given how rapidly Coronavirus is still spreading.
