Best decision by Gaga

I just feel like I wanted Gaga to be what Gaga was always to me - a Risk taker. Her putting out this album amidst all of this mess and spreading happiness through the album and having fun listening to it blasting it at home and in the car.
It’s okay that she wanted to push it back but this would’ve been the time to be the ultimate trendsetter and rebel. Live stream some intimate performances, listening parties online, etc. A album cycle fully digital and socially online.  To me it would’ve bonded people to her more. But either way we shouldn’t be mad at people who wanted the music on time and vice versa. It’s not THAT serious.

Pushing back and album that is ment to heal through periods of pain during a period of pain looks more a greedy move than a artistic move.
I’m not nasty, just analyzing the situation. She could release her album and spread a bit of joy instead of posting her 40$ make up offer.

Facts: she didn’t need to push back her album. If she is doing it, it’s for commercial and promotional reasons.

Does she need more money? She is rich as piss I don’t think so.

Does she need more promo? It’s ****ing Lady Gaga. If she needs promo to sell maybe her music is not enough good and need a tons of marketing to alienate people.

Yes! Yes! Yes! You are so right. She is the definition of a sell-out these days. And why does she contradicts herself all the time? This whole decision fully contradicts the album message she’s been talking about lately. Bling, not the music these days! Can’t wait for her to try and sells us another ‘kindness’ eye liner of lipstick while we’re in lockdown - that will definitely cheer us up!

Excuse me but NO.
and it’s beyond having an opinion about the situation

she has fully become a commercial product
she shove up our ass her manifestos “music not the bling” music that heals through the pain” but her actions since are the exact opposite.

This album is now a mess, and the problem is not the lack of promotion.

is the lack of balls!

👏👏👏

Also, by the time she releases this album with a collection of songs recorded in 2018 and 2019, the music will sound outdated. Also her manifestos are becoming predictable, annoying and just tend to contradict her  commercial strategies these days. This fanbase has literally become a cash cow for Gaga. And all of this just alienates us from her. This album will flop even before it’s released, and deservingly so due to her treating us with such contempt.

I think the opposite honestly.

It's not about the money, it's about the experience.

She's always released a body of work, had parties with fans, met people, did concerts, made appearances, went on tour, etc.

Imagine if this was the ARTPOP era. No Applause lyric video, possibly no Applause video period, definitely no GMA debut of the Applause video, no Swinefest, no G-A-Y Venus performance, no artRave album release party, no VMA's, no DWUW performances, no SNL, no Dope at the YouTube awards, no SXSW festival, no Roseland residency, no G.U.Y. video, the artRAVE (tour) may have been pushed back or cancelled entirely.

Now imagine what we could miss here. She was going to do Coachella again, she would have been performing SL, so we already know we've missed out. Let's not miss anymore.

I can wait.

I hope you are right!

I'm just gonna say that Gaga better have multiple music videos, performances, singles and exciting plans for this era, because if not this delay will be even more infuriating.
