BuzzcutSeason 3,307 Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 Of course a pandemic is a reason to rethink a new album, but the statement is a bit disingenuous in the sense that the whole era surrounds escapism, to sort of be a light in dark times. And an album doesn't necessarily stop focus from other aspects of what the virus is doing. The delay is because of the lack of campaign, I feel. But having things be TBA doesn't give hope to a new release date in the next few weeks because conditions here are just going to get worse in worse (in her main market). It's like she is trying to be a victim and get us to feel bad like OMG poor ha, she has so many plans. I mean like clearly she wanted us to understand her but people are going crazy with this whole corona situation that we don't need more bad news to fuel the fire...yet she goes listing all of her plans instead of just announcing the album delay and nothing more What if tomorrow I see you again? All of the performances, interviews,etc she had planned were canceled therefore the album is being moved back so those parts of the era can be properly executed.
