The US barely tested anyone for a good 2 months.. this thing has been going around unnoticed in many people for some time it seems. The only sliver of hope I see in this is that the mortality rate may be much lower than previously predicted if most of the mild and moderate cases are going unreported. Scary numbers nonetheless.. How long does the virus stay in you again? I know you're quarantined for two weeks, and before that there is an incubation period of up to 14 days. KindnessPunk28 1,506 Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 When I see numbers like this I don't automatically panic because I know (in the USA at least) we finally have started to test those with symptoms more frequently than before.
