But wouldn’t it slow down as people who have gotten it become immune to it. So each year there would be less and less. Unless of course it morphes or whatever and we can still catch some form of it after. The world literally can not afford to have this happen every year.

But you cant get immune from the virus, a person infected by the virus could get it again!

The only real protection is the vaccine, but that will come by the end of the year.

By the way, its not 100% confirmed its seasonal, but scientists say this is probably the case

You are immune to things after you get them..you don’t get the same strain of flu twice in a season

Some in China who were cured from the virus got it a second time! They had better immunity the second time, but they still got it. Immunity is very short term with the caronavirus.

14% of infected people in China got the virus a second time. All scientists agree that you can get the virus again.

But yes there were some cases that were released but not 100% cured. The problem is you can be cured but still have the virus in your system. Children for example can hold the virus in their system but they are not sick or effected by it.

Yes, my mom (a microbiologist) said she heard there  are 3 different strains identified at the moment. I don't know how prevalent or widespread etc they are though.

Because my points will be lost in the rant below, the most important things I need to say are:

If people are being reinfected, this is not the virus they are reporting it to be; the human body should be producing antibodies and the ONLY rationale behind following the draconian measures of government right now is if there is an end in sight in the form of a flattened curve, produced from herd immunity as more and more recover and become immune/unable to pass it on. 

That curve can only be flattened now by simply killing off the population. This is airborne stage 4 cancer if the immune system is now not a potential weapon against it.

*Most importantly*, the fact that anyone in politics/health/science is talking about vaccination against something that our body is not producing antibodies against should send chills down your spine. Vaccination is only a viable means of fighting health crises if it can get the human body to replicate the defenses it would otherwise do when exposed to the actual virus/disease itself. A vaccine against a coronavirus  that people can be reinfected by is totally useless, and yet healthcare corporations are pouring incredible amounts of money into one, and the media/govt are talking about it as THE CURE.MP3. A VACCINE IS NOT GOING TO HELP.

And, now, we are left with 1 more MAJOR talking point that doesn't make sense, and yet nobody thinks we need to stop worrying about a spring breaker and worry that the people we blindly trust are LYING to us?

1. When they are saying 1 in 5 of young people will need ICU care, 56% of CA residents will get infected, 70% of the population will, etc., the entire "arrest and torture anyone who decides to go get their minimum wage because, like, I am so compassionate and brave for staying home and not infecting grandma!" is a non-starter.

2. You all realize that the entire theory of vaccination is that it replicates the body's natural process of building antibodies - immunity - against foreign infection, right? You realize that if our bodies are not producing antibodies against the coronavirus, we need to be asking a lot more questions from the people locking us down, right? 

3. You realize that if people are getting reinfected, this will theoretically continue to infect and kill us all indefinitely, right? But, we should all just sit inside because why? 

Yet, everyone here still - while promoting being 'selfless' and 'compassionate' - will drag me for saying this. And drags down any American (for this example) who thinks that the risk involved with obeying every order from the government and listening to every word of the media - risks that would include total social isolation, disruption to the education of our children and young adults, the forced removal of our constitutional rights to assemble, freedom of religion, the loss of our jobs and healthcare that would be our only small shot at surviving this, losing our homes, costs associated with having to care for our children at home vs. in schools with subsidized food and care, mental health stress - are far too great when faced with the alternative of contracting a virus that we keep hearing:

1. Infects younger people more aggressively than it should; 1 in 5 will need critical care.

2. 70% of Germans will get it - scaleable to all populations.

3. 250k Brits and 2.2m Americans are anticipated to die.

4. 56% of Californians are anticipated to get infected.

You really think Lady Gaga, my favorite musician of all-time, is self-isolating? She, Ariana, and every other celebrity are totes on the same page and willing to give up their retail therapy and entourages because they are SO woke? Literally, there were more people on stage when the U.S. government announced we should avoid our right to assemble than the # they threw out there! COME ON. Something is so very wrong with all of this, and it is scary how it seems nobody sees it?

I honestly think a lot of states reported numbers are higher than what they actually are, due to the testing nightmare that is happening right now.

I think 58% will probably happen in less time than 8 weeks.
