She sings one album track/unreleased track per show that isn't part of the setlist? Like she could sing Summerboy or Fashion as a surprise, but she'll sing a different song each night.

 

Mariah Carey kinda did this. She sang some songs she has never sang before that were originally released in the 90s.

Yes. Beyoncé also done this when she tours. I like Gaga to do more album tracks instead of unreleased songs though.

I know Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran have done things like that before. Taylor sang a differing surprise song every night on the reputation tour and Ed would have one spot in his setlist designated to an “Ed’s Choice” song, which could either be a minor hit or some obscure deep cut. I didn’t see the reputation tour, but I saw the Divide Tour and it was so fun because once he got to that portion of the show I had no idea what was coming next. I think that’s always a fun moment for fans when they get a special surprise for their show.

Which fashion? The one from Confessions Of A Shopaholic or the one from ARTPOP? I'm sure if you were referring to the ARTPOP version you'd say Fashion! though.
