jhonyguy04 3
The tickets are so damn expensive, the general public and the fans are poor and they dont have the money to but those tickets!! So, I guess with this promotion of buy 1 get 1 free it will sell easily, but it was very disrespectfull for those who bought it first. she has to squeeze as much money out of the south american dates!! she needs to make a gross!!! rph99 38
She needs to do some big arrivals with the press there and everything. Like the asian leg. Do we even know if she's in Mexico yet? No one has seen her. She needs to promote herself during this leg. She has to make a good impression in SA.
Guest
Costa Rica will NOT be moved, it will just seem really empty I suppose. The most expensive tickets are sold out for the Rio and Sao Paolo show, so the gross will be fine! She'll make at least $2 million from each show, except maybe for the Costa Rican one. Got Dynamite 0
I'm Brazilian. São Paulo is 55k+ for sure. That promotion is just to sell the rest. Rio is 55k+ too. I'm just worried about Porto Alegre. She will gross at least 5M from each show. I'm sure about that. POA i think we will get a 2,5M+, the tickets are really expensive. And more, that 55k+ from each show, was posted like 1 month ago. Expect SOLD OUT for SP, and like 65k from RIO. Got Dynamite 0
I think it will be 67k from São Paulo and 8M of arrecadation (believe me, the tickets prices are EXPENSIVE as ****) 70k from Rio and 9M of arrecadation (there are 22,500 premium tickets, and they are sold out with a price of U$350) 15k from POA and 3M of arrecadation. (The cheaper ticket is around U$140) 20M arrecadation and 152k public just from Brazil. Edited October 26, 2012 by Bruno Brito
Got Dynamite 0
The only FLOP on Latin America is Costa Rica. And she should have add Venezuela in the place. Britney and Bieber arrecadated 3,500,000 just from 10k people in Venezuela, you can imagine Gaga with the price of her tickets! Got Dynamite 0
Didn't Venezuela want Gaga desperately? Livenation should have sent her there. Yes. The true is that sometimes the plan of Livenation is fail. I hope that they fix their mistakes on next tour.
hell0samuel 59
can we please stop referring to dates as flops? they aren't flops? It just means she isn't popular enough to play in areas like that right yet. You still have to remember this is still relatively early in her career. We don't want her to peak too soon. So what if some South American dates don't do too well, we still have X amount of years and X amount of tours to go.

I'm just afraid that she won't back if the dates don't go too well. But i think her tours will get better with time, if she really stay for a long time on music. heavymlover 340
It's not that bad guys. This is the first time Gaga goes to South America, and she's almost competing with Madonna, whose show is also touring SA. I'm certainly surprised about Mexico, because the last time she sold out 3 shows, but then I realised that that was the last date of the Monster Ball, so it's not even that long since she came here, and also Madonna is coming in november, so yeah, for someone who has a 4 year career it's not bad at all. Got Dynamite 0
The problem is that they announced Gaga's show 3 months before, and Madonna's show was selling 6 months before the show lolThe sales are really well, to say the truth. hausofandrew 105
The Mexican Ball starts in 2 hours. Lots of tickets can be sold in 2 hours, they sell the leftovers before every show.
jhonyguy04 3
she should have made a public arrival at Mexico. that would have sold so many tickets. instead she partied in NY. oh well....it's funny how sometimes the fans are more ambitious then the start herself.
