True, it'll reflect badly on him.

But it's not his fault this time, is it?

If anything, the Trump administration seems to be responding well to the virus.

And economically, isn't the US doing far, far better than it has for at least a decade?

Definitely not. The drop in the Dow Jones today was reflected by his poor address to the nation last night. Market futures dropped as soon as he started talking.

And that doesn't even start on the Trump admin's poor readiness to help combat the virus with physical needs like test kits. A couple weeks ago the guy was saying the virus was a hoax by the Dems.

If he had implemented enough restrictions from the start, he couldve stopped the virus from entering the US, but he preferred to downplay it, and now its in the country. Also, the US is barely testing people, waaaaaaay below places like South Korea, so no, his response has been terrible.

His economy has been good but very risky, and he cant stop the effect the virus has in it.

His best chance right now is to prepare to make a major quarantine, so he can get rid of the virus in just a month

Technically the 20s were a boom for most of the world, even being nicknamed the Roaring Twenties. The Depression kicked in the 30s, after the Wall Street crash in October 1929.

Although arguably Germany, which had a massive recession in the 20s unlike the rest of the world which was booming, could be seen as the birthplace of the Great Depression, as opposed to Wall Street.

Well 1929 is still in the 20's :vegas:

I just had to look up that the FTSE was a London stock exchange   (I knew SE was a stock exchange, but had no idea what FT was.)

It stands for "Fvck The Stock Exchange"

Former First Lady of the United States. Now card-carrying member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
