And yes people could fly out of EU and then fly to the states, but that's BESIDES the point. The decision would still deter travel from a heavily infected region, thus deterring the spread of the virus in NA. The fact that you don’t see anything wrong about his decision and what he chose to do and what not to do is beyond crazy tho. Like most of people said - This is not beneficial in ANY way or form. You think I care for this? Yes I am from EU but I don’t want to travel to USA. This is effecting the world economy, genius. The stock market crashed even more this morning due to his speech. I'm not saying the ban is unnecessary, but it wasn't thoroughly thought through. It wasn't convincing. And most people, even conservatives are acknowledging that. And if we are going to talk about Trump specifically, he hasn't done anything but damage this situation. Do better. There really isn't a way to factually determine if this is a good decision or not until after the event has finished, and when they can fully analyze the aftermath of the decision.
