There were a lot of rumors about it being the fifth single after Rumor Has It and I believe it was released in Europe, but that's all. Your radio station (like the majority of the world) probably just stans for Adele. Telephone was different than any video released at the time. Many little clones came out after. Y&I had depth. I fear for those who can't understand the storyline and message of that video.
