In any case, we as fans can't possibly know the true situation when it comes to filler songs unless Gaga herself says that some specific songs were written as fillers. That's entirely up to the artist decide. Anyway, Gaga isn't the type of artist who would write songs just for the sake of having a specific number of songs on an album. She's incredibly passionate about putting out the best she can, there are just songs some people don't like. With the deluxe having like 20 songs, there probably will be one or two you don't like. Music is as subjective as any other art form. Dope is one of my absolute favourite songs, but a lot of Monsters don't seem to like it all that much.
