No. I am from a small country in Asia - Nepal. I was surprised they even announced such thing. Its first time something like this happened in Nepal.

Oh gosh, Nepal! Such a wonderful land... I'm really sorry to hear that the situation there is difficult too... Stay strong

It's for the best. I hope parents are able to stay home with their children.

I wonder if my school will modify finals in two week's time 👉🏻👈🏻 theres a major hospital in the middle of campus just biding its time!

That's a big problem. Parents have to go to work (well, unless they're teachers or ATAs) and children have to be watched for by someone... and not every family can afford a babysitter for THAT long, nor can rely on grannies...

On a positive note, new infections in China are slowing. Hopefully this is a precursor of what’s to come world-wide.

Reports are staying this could just be a seasonal thing, so let’s hope it dies out soon!

It's slowing in China because of social distancing. Schools are closed, many people are still working from home or limiting time at work, people are required to wear masks in public, large-scale gatherings are cancelled...People there are taking this seriously.

When will the U.S.? :triggered:

Well, actually the 'marketing' problem of Italy is that they checked sooo many people compared to other countries... and if you look for something, you're gonna find it. You can see public data online.
I really hope everyone gets better

It's funny, isn't it? Everyone scared of poor people, but coronavirus is travelling on both Business class and Economy on pretty-much-expensive flights.:huntyga:

Seasonal meaning that it won't die out anytime soon.

It will be seasonal like the flu.

All we can do now is wait for a vaccine .

Sassy McSass

I’m so scared because both of my parents are elderly and have some kind of heart disease, so I’m just praying that it wont get to my city. I can’t imagine the fear people must be experiencing in places like Italy. Stay stong.

I’ll keep looking for Wonderland
