Gaga has sold songs to many people, like Out Of Control I believe was sold to an Asia artist from what was said on Operation Gaga after she pitched it to the PCD

So? She still owns so if she doesn't want to release it or give it to another artist he can't.  If he reworked with different lyrics that's another thing but then it's basically not the same song.

I have given Ava Max a listen but not really a fan of her songs, she sounds just so generic. If RedOne is working with her then of course I’ll give it another try. I’ve liked the songs he produced for JLo and Porcelain Black, enjoyed Nicki’s at that time but those got old really fast so it’s gonna be interesting to hear that, especially with Max Martin being part of it. 
 

I just don’t think Gaga would give her own hits to another popstar, especially Frankeinsteined which as far as we know, is about ARTPOP and her old management. I just can’t see her giving away such a personal song to someone who is just starting her career and wouldn’t really understand the meaning of it. 
 

To be honest, after A Star Is Born I thought Gaga would go on a more mature sound but after listening to Stupid Love and seeing the concept of it, I could see Frankensteined being part of Chromatica. I hope we get to listen to it if it’s the great song they say.
