Sorry for the criticism in this post, but it is definitely impacting sales and that makes me sad. Gaga and her team are doing great, but these little things are SO simple to fix. Her website is so outdated and I actually told my boyfriend not to purchase anything because I was convinced it was spam.

1. Beyond aesthetics, does the site function well for anyone on mobile? On mine, the SHOP button was hidden and I had to just blindly assume that the top of that black button would be for it so I could buy a bundle.

2. Are there stringent rules regarding how official websites integrate eCommerce capabilities? The user experience of Gaga's store is absolutely horrible. 

3. The laundry list of items, rather than a tiled (4x4x4) tier layout of thumbnails, is super cumbersome.

4. When you click into a product bundle, it opens a new window, without any link back to the store or a modern "related items" list. If someone wants something else or additional, it is not easy to navigate back.

Again, GREAT improvement on promo .... but, if SL is hurt by something like web design in 2020, that'll be so upsetting.

Live chart as well. That's why kworb was showing SL 2 spots lower than the app. It had 2 Lil Baby tracks charting twice but for some reason that wasn't the case with the app.
