I don't think there is such a connection.

1. Yes, she probably want settle and acting in the near future. 

2. They push the era because

a) she wants an excellent era

b) she recognized recently with ASIB

c) she wants introduce her another side to new people whom she gained with ASIB

d) maybe she has a better management team or  better cooperation or more time and therefore the rollout seems planned and confident

He kinda made fun of the music video and implied she was basically doing the opposite of what she stood for since she did ASIB and ASIB portrayed that the pop style was "bad". He just implied he liked it.

They've played it 5 times so far today, 11 yesterday total. And either way, there isn't any rolling yet, so any spins they give it today are contributing positively to its AI.
