Honestly, the biggest cause for fans consistently melting down over the years stems from the fact that earlier on in her career, she had consistent roll outs, contents, promotions, messaging, engagement, etc. After Troy left (not saying I like him as a person or anything), everything in relation to her brand has been very inconsistent, very up and down. I think that purely from a constructive criticism standpoint, she should focus a bit on ensuring that even if she has other interests at the moment, that it's all communicated properly. I don't mind if you want to go and make a movie versus music for a while. Say that. I don't mind if you want to just enjoy life and and have some time to yourself. Say that. Which is why people were rightfully frustrated about getting teased about an album for several years, with zero indication of when it was coming.
