I swear when things won't be that much better before the tour and she then postpones the tour as well and delays the album further it'll just fuel more frustration. AntonTurnItUp 7,088 Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 Well I feel so sad right now, the situation in my country is getting worse every single day, I'm in quarantine since friday and I'm already bored and feeling anxiety, I'm affraid to feel depressed again but I can't do nothing. The only hope that I was for this terrible times was Chromatica, It was the only thing that I was expecting to heal my mind, but now is delayed, obviously I feel worse... I understand that Gaga's team and laber make decisions to ensure the success and good performance of the album, but we don't know what the situation will be during May/June/July, more likely it will be worse and worse until year's end and maybe the only good time to release the album was actually April 10th... Again, nobody was able to predicted the proportions this virus is taking. A lot of companies underestimated the whole situation, that's all. And for now, i will not argue about a stupid abum when everybody, including me, is in risk of getting this disease. I need to buy food, stay at home, take care of my mother. I'm still working everyday in my house. There are other priorities in life. Listening to the album on april 10st would be cool? yeah. But life goes on. So get over it. connorfilm 7,324 Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 While I'm bummed about this since she was releasing the album a day before my birthday (while I would have been in New York), the delay makes sense for a few reasons. She could easily drop the album, but given the amount of promo her and her team had planned for late-March and all of April, it makes sense to delay the album so they can still do all this promo and make the era actually exciting. So many fans have been saying this era has been boring since SL dropped and there's a reason for that: she can't ****ing leave her house in the middle of a pandemic. Also, delaying the album gives SL more time to breathe since it seems to be doing quite well on radio (my local station has basically put it in sub power rotation, playing it 10 times Sunday and 7 times yesterday). It's sad to know we might have gotten an ArianaxGaga song next Friday, but I'd rather wait and let both girls promote the song instead of just releasing it and staying in their homes.
