Unfortunately media will run with the "wow, why didnt he get 100% of the vote and increase turnout by 3 fold? What a loser. Pete + Amy's combined scores however are the winner!" angle.

Bernie's team needs to learn institutional bias is not on their side (i think they know this, but they need to find a way to fight it somehow? Ultimately, we do need SOME kind of positive coverage to build on momentum.)

Like we've said all season, there's a difference between playing nice and playing smart  You don't draw people onto your side by saying "we're all the same!"

Thats how people can vote for Warren and Pete and Amy and see them as equal despite their very very disparate platforms. Similarly "I'm better than Trump" erases the VERY real differences between candidates.

Only one is willing to fight for universal healthcare. Everyone wants the credit and the name recognition and popularity of "Medicare For All" but Pete and Klobuchar and Biden (rip) are deceiving people in their goals actual efforts to make it a reality. (M4AWWI has no intention of being universal or comprehensive)

The difference is that unfortunately it seems the moderates aren't split enough just yet (which is good and bad. Good because it increases his chances, bad because if it came later he would be unstoppable at that point)

Also, the Republican establishment put up a good fight, but they gave in once they realized that Trump would, despite his unruliness, still govern as a neoconservative in many ways, still give them the judges they want, the tax breaks they want, the entitlements cuts they want, etc. Basic conservative agenda with a sprinkle of populist message but no action.

Dems however would rather Trump win than Bernie because he actually would disrupt their power and influence  It's literally in their best financial interests and job security to let Trump win over Bernie

Sorry, that was a slip on my end. He wasnt called an anti-semite on MSNBC directly, but other outlets are starting to float the idea - especially AIPAC backed punditry and consultants and "journalists" subtly. Bloomberg is coming for him on his jewishness as well, and right wing news is already fully bought into the whole "is a socialist utopia just jewish propaganda?"  

Not to mention that there have been SEVERAL articles that invoke jewish stereotypes and tropes in their voice, body language, speech patterns, etc. when describing or depicting him. Things like showing him with money trees rubbing his hands together, etc.

Context clues would lead one to assume that by Dems I meant "Democratic Establishment" as I was drawing a comparison between the R/D versions of the same thing. Also, "financial interests and job security" is another clue as to what I meant. Everyday citizens do not have a financial investment into the success of the DNC, corporate lobbying and consulting, or in the promotion of political candidates, and being a teacher or steel mill worker or doctor are not jobs that are going to be lost by supporting Bernie Sanders for president. I stand by my opinion whole heartedly, and think there's plenty of reason to see it as realistic, and not much to suggest it isn't other than a really naive sort of "Dems are good and would never do that!" mentality.

Also, who are the "susceptible" and why do you imply my *intent* in stating my opinion is to stir them up? I was literally responding to a single comment.

It was a victory, but I'm conditioned to not celebrate until the dust has settled. We have things to improve on and a message to sharpen in order to take our momentum into victory. A Contested convention seems increasingly likely, and seeing as how I don't want the Democratic party to be fractured beyond immediate repair at the convention, I will keep on keeping on with the Sanders campaign, because I see that as an obvious outcome of a contested convention  

I won't touch "fun being a victim" because that's some conservative bs and it's too late at night for that.

Idk about VP, but even with their drama, I think if he won he would ask her to be his Treasury Secretary (which is the job I have wanted for her since 2009  ).
