Some people understand that if you got all the candidates together, the point is to let them speak their message and wait for your candidate to applaud him or her. Okay as if Pete didn’t take veiled swipes at Bernie in his speech. It’s okay for Pete to bully but when people who support Bernie want to make it known that Pete isn’t going to sell out our party to billionaires so he can get into office and advocate on their behalf, they’re the evil boogeyman. Its laughable that you can’t be objective. The fact is that the first amendment of the constitution allows for free speech. If people want to boo somebody they have that right through the constitution. So, either you stand by principles and the document that has withstood the test of time or you don’t. It’s clear to me that you don’t. Your ideology and perspective in this debate risks enabling the rise of more corruption and a further turn to the right wing authoritarianism that Trump has awakened in this country. Yes, the vote which he has already recognized broke the criminal system. And while the bill was under negotation he fought the death penalty expansion and harsher sentencing. But I also think your comment is brave considering Pete's criminal justice history, especially marijuana arrests under his administration I also dont hate moderates, and come November I will vote for the nominee (yes, even if its Pete). Bernie is also criticising other candidates like Pete for other reasons, but dont see the same reactions. Bernie has a lot of bad points. However the moderates strategy is at least for now to go after the other moderates. They try to be the last moderate on the campaign. I don’t see Bernie giving speeches in front of crowds filled with the supporters of his opposition and shading them. That’s the key difference. “Bernie has a lot of bad points” and yet he is the most trusted on issues of healthcare, the economy and climate change.
