Idc tbh. I hold gays to a higher standard. We've been discriminated against for so long. We know how it feels. To see some of these white gays discriminate against other minorities is just repulsive. Under the new rules, user profiles featuring racist bios can be flagged by users to moderators and could result in being banned from the app. Grindr also launched a video series featuring users who have been discriminated against while using the app. They even added pronouns and options if one wanted explicit pictures in their DM on their profile now. It also has the 3rd highest male & female Black incarceration rate. What has Bernie done to help? They should ask Bernie about this? Here's the facts: Black residents of South Bend were less likely to be arrested for marijuana charges than residents of the state of Indiana and Black residents in SB were less likely to be arrested for drug possession than Black residents of Indiana or the U.S. in Pete's 2nd term. I think it's a little disingenuous to bring up a stat like this, Bernie is a sitting Senator so his business is with with the federal government, not local policy (and its effects). It’s been done before at debates. Senators and Congressmen can put out legislation that supports changes they want to see...and oftentimes it does have something to do with the people of their state. That’s why a white man has been a beloved Congressman in a predominately black section in my city for decades. He has their best interests at heart.
