I mean I agree that the ad is a sign of desperation and that Biden doesn’t represent the party. He shouldn’t be the nominee but the content of the ad does accurately show that Biden was an active Vice President who did deliver some good things for people

I liked Biden as VP, but his time has come and gone, IMO.

You're going to call me a hypocrite no matter what I say, but idk how else to tell you that things are not always the same circumstances just because you need them for your examples

Bernie Sanders is a United States Senator. He has no impact on his state legislature, and he is not the Governor (chief executive of the state). He was the mayor of Burlington for 8 years.

In comparison, Pete Buttigieg was the Mayor of South Bend, which means he was the chief executive officer of the city of South Bend. Linsey Davis's question was not about the overall statistics of Indiana, they were about South Bend, because that is the only area he had impact over so it is where we must look since its his only relevant experience (imo).

If you want to lookup data on Burlington, Vermont from 1981-1989, you can do that.

(But I will warn you, people have already done so, myself included and it doesn't help your case  )

I know how it compares. It doesn't make him look better or dismiss the valid criticism she has brought up.

If you want Pete's numbers to improve with black people, he should probably stop putting black people in the front rows of his videos as tokens and paying people to testify about how good he was with black people. Actions >> Words. Take action.
