An underrated part of why Trump won is because of his absolute dominance with the digital field compared to Democrats. For Hillary all we got was... JusKeepBreathin 19,311
I mean so far his advertising is anti Trump. It isn't anti other candidates. If he keeps it that way I hope he spends a couple billion to sway Trump voters to vote Democratic. I'm not even sure he wants to win the nomination at this point. I think he just wants to run anti Trump ads. LateToCult 41,843
Heard a Bloomberg radio ad in Seattle. Pretty much said the dem candidate has to be someone who can pull in Republican and Democrat support to win (along with a long story about building a computer system or something). Found that interesting because I really haven’t been keeping up with his campaign. Also kind of strange that he’s spending money on the Seattle area. JusKeepBreathin 19,311
By the way so is Sanders and every other candidate. This is what a "fake outrage" thread looks like folks. @Florin @Whispering https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj.com/amp/articles/political-campaigns-turn-to-social-media-influencers-to-reach-voters-11569251450 "Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." -Martin Luther King Jr.

OBEY 57,109
I don't really see anything wrong with this, it's a type of advertisement like any other... sure people with less money won't be able to pay that which is a shame but it's always been like that unfortunately. Like, the federal government in Canada paid influencers to make YouTube videos or instagram stories when marijuana became legal. Their videos had to be approved by the government and then they could upload them to YouTube. I know it wasn't to get elected for an election but still... You mean like the thread that you made about Sanders posing with an African American memorial when someone made a thread on how Buttigieg posed with a Holocaust memorial? Or your thread on Bernie’s “Super PAC” while Biden and Buttigieg’s Super PACs are in full swing? Calling Sanders supporters dumb while deriding someone for their “personal attacks” against you? Saying that you shouldn’t attack candidates that could win while making many Anti-Bernie threads? If anyone is an expert at fake outrage it would be you. Gurl, that thread was in direct response the the Buttigieg attack thread about posing in a memorial. It was written with sarcasm show the hypocrisy of Bernie supporters. It was outrage at the hypocrisy. It was not an attack on Bernie himself. The Buttigieg thread however was definitely meant as an attack on Buttigieg. Also what does that have to do with this entire thread being full of BS. Every candidate including Bernie has been doing what the OP chastised Bloomberg for. Why isn't he or she or they chasitising Bernie now for the same exact behavior. I’m well aware of your intent with the thread that you made. You didn’t care about what Pete or Bernie did but you made a thread in response to the Pete one? Is they hypocrisy or bad faith? Either way having you or all people try to chastise someone else for hypocrisy is one of the funniest things I’ve seen. From the article: “The approach is novel. No other high-polling candidates reached by The Daily Beast said that their campaigns have ever paid influencers to create content for the campaign, or for influencers to post such content on their own channels in exchange for money.” Oops you’re wrong again
