I'm a Middle Eastern myself so you can say I know a thing or two about what I'm talking about I'm also aware that North Africans, including Moroccans and Amazighs, aspire to keep their own identity and heritage that's slightly different from the one found in Saudi Arabia. Cultures in Arab countries may differ but that doesn't mean they're not Arabs.

Berbers, or Amazighs, are an ethnic group of several nations mostly indigenous to North Africa and some northern parts of West Africa. Berbers mostly live in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Mauritania, northern Mali, northern Niger, and a small part of western Egypt

Being indigenous is being north african not middle eastern.

Most middle eastern like you believe north africa are orginally from where they're from, it's wrong.

Um excuse me, I know a lot about history and yes I have been to North Africa.

"North africans used to be christian and jews" Wrong. They only became christians when they were occupied/colonized by Byzantium. Carthage for example didn't have Christianity as its religion. And likewise, they only became muslims when later on north africa was conquered by muslims.

You confuse religion with race. People who are in north Africa originated from the middle east. Even Carthage was a Phoenician colony for your information.

I may get it but you don't have to be that ashamed if you someone refers to you as an Arab There you have a chance for explaining yourself and educating people about your history and your country and why you don't wanna be associated with Arabs, but you'd rather accuse people of being ignorant.
