True Blue easily. Short and (almost) filler-less.

You should do a series for songs too.

They shipped it, but it got shipped back

Like a Prayer by far.

While all of the others sounds dated, LAP transcends time and is truly a piece of art.

There's way more bops on her debut album. Picked it simply because I like more of the songs, obviously the other albums have bigger hits

I meant singles per decade/year but that's a great idea actually.

I really like that idea as well, it would give some non-album songs a chance to shine

True. You'll See and Beautiful Stranger deserve some recognition :diane:

But not on a real studio album, Something To Remember was a compolation album. The same way Beautiful Stranger is on GHV2 and Justify My Love is from The Immaculate Collection :reductive:

But it's still an album and You'll See was its lead single. :gayhat:

True but then the same applies to songs like Who's That Girl, Justify My Love and Beautiful Stranger. The only non-album single she has then is Hey You.

Which we don' talk about. :selena:

I searched on Wikipedia and the singles not attached to any album are two promo singles: Broken and Erotic. Though it's still a bit different because some songs were added to a release after they became hits while You'll See was the from the start a single from Something to Remember but it's not that significant anyways.
