So in other words Tom Perez didn't like the fact that Bernie won the satellite caucuses and wants to do everything he can to keep Bernie from winning. His tweet was a wink and a nod to a candidate campaign to ask the iowa democratic party (IDP) for the recanvass. It has to come from the candidate. Who wants to bet that Pete is the one who does it?
