At least from what I'm seeing. Pete had more people re-align to him, but Bernie had more total people in their final percentages So if Bernie had 60 in round 1, 70 in round 2, but Pete had 20 in round 1, and 55 in round two... Bernie had a higher percentage there, and more overall votes, but it seems Pete got more delegates for some reason? Caucuses make no sense. Anecdotally, I saw many reports of coin tosses etc. going to Pete and examples of physical ballots showing the results with bad math being done (like people round 3.2 to 4 instead of 3). Others who had photo evidence reported being at a caucus for final alignment and then seeing their results posted with delegate totals that didn't match what was announced when they left. True or not its a mess - I'm not alleging any conspiracy theory, but the fact that we'll never be able to clear up that kind of stuff even with paper ballots being verified is a bit frustrating. I dont know how we're still having coin tosses for spare delegates and apportionment even though the math is right there on paper of what to do in those instances are we just shitty at training people for caucuses? I'm just stating a fact cause Buddy didn't understand what was being said. I mean, it's good for Pete's campaign but it's not necessarily relevant. Bernie still leads with the popular vote. If Pete ends up with more delegates I won't mind as it's very close and Iowa isn't big when looking at the whole picture. AND due to this disaster, this win won't boost the winner as much. That's the difference with "enthusiasm" candidates like Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg who have supporters who are waaay more likely to spend time on a process like this.
