TYT said on air that Pete paid money to the software company that developed the app that caused the reporting issues. Conflict of interest.

Idk if posted yet *AND* taken by grain of salt but here is what the Bernie camp says their internal results were with 40% of precincts and below Buttigieg released a memo of only their top line results. Both Bernie and Pete show Pete with the same % total.

Everyone saying it’s absolutely ok to have a candidate paying for the app development:

Let’s let Trump pay for how the general election process is counted with Chinese machines tied to Ivanka Trump. Nothing wrong!

I also read it on Washington examiner. Says a lot from the start.:trollga: the problem with this kind of reporting is that no one asks the appropiate questions. It may not have anything with the app. It may, but first prove it.

The app itself doesnt affect the results.  Some of the problems it has is that people dont know how to use it. :ladyhaha:

The results will be manually counted and verified and Bernie, like all the other candidates, has people who participate to this process, if I'm not mistaken.

Mister G

Can’t wait for this to be rigged again so the least desirable candidate wins. $20 says everything declares Biden a winner just because.

Just to give you an example of the rickety system Iowa had set.  :air:

“John Grennan, 44, the Democratic chairman in Poweshiek County, said seven of the 10 people running precincts in his central Iowa county never downloaded the state party’s app to begin with, choosing instead to phone in results as they always had.

“We’re all so busy just trying to get volunteers,” Mr. Grennan said. “We told people if you can’t get the app to work just call it in. That’s what a lot of people had done historically.”

The phones didn’t work like they used to.

So many people chose to call their results in or called for help with the app that the state party’s hotline crumbled under the volume. Some precinct leaders found themselves on hold for hours, with others disconnected after long waits.”

Is it that difficult for people to insert their ballots in a box?

That's the problem. Is a caucus. The first primary is next week.

You mean Sam hopes he’s joking right. :enigma: Does Donna still think you’re gayer than a box of crayons?

At the very least, the payments are a conflict on interest. That's all I'm saying.

There were reports of the app having issues as early as four days ago so it's not just people not knowing how to use the app.

Here’s a video that can give you a general sense of the difference. Skims on details but it’s really short and to the point.
