Queen Bitch 10,513
Are we really surprised? Of course New York Times, a newspaper with a liberal bias, wants work against Bernie Sanders who is a socialist.

Just because he has money, doesn’t mean he can’t help the poor. Where’s your logic in this? Cause I don’t see it. He’s been the number one candidate when it comes to policies that’ll help the lower class. Idk why you’re so against him. Only logical reason is that you prefer to keep the status quo that allows things to be hard for those struggling to get by. Cool. That doesnt mean he cant be criticized. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if all those moderates hated on GGD have done more for the poor than Bernie has done in his 30 years as elected politician. Arturo 40,746
Bernard hasnt lied about his anti war stance. He has said multiple times while he has opposed the Iraq war that his vote for Afghanistan was a mistake. You can’t attack a candidate like Bernie from the left and prop up any of his opponents. As it has been pointed out, Bernies lies (are we sure he didn't just get some things wrong?) are not as bad as Bidens lies. Not all lies are equally bad. Also to think that a liberal newspaper is going to be objective about a socialist, is quite naive.

ItsTommyBitch 12,640
Compare this fact check to Bidens: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/26/us/politics/biden-factcheck.html Biden actually is *lying* about things, not making marginally inaccurate statements like... that we are spending more than the next 8 countries combined on defense instead of 10 countries Not only that, but his "lies" are worse by far, though its weird how easy they went in characterizing basically everything as "an exaggeration". Did Bernie lie by saying it was 8 countries, not 10, or was he misinformed on recent changes in the numbers? Compare that to Biden claiming to have not wanted to cut social security versus multiple instances of him doing just that, explicitly, on video, for decades. Is that "an exaggeration?" or an "overstatement?" I would say that this warrants being called a "lie", but their fact checks are too milquetoast to be good IMO. He is still lying about his involvement in the civil rights movement TODAY. Like this happened a week or so ago Didn't he learn his lesson in the 80s/90s about this? It's so unnecessary and so easily provable too, that's what gets me. The ability for people to deny even the possibility of nuanced understandings in order to not critique their own mindsets never ceases to amaze me. 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

U are the guys who keep comparing Bernie to Biden. I keep saying to you that you should compare him with Andrew Yang, but u dont want it. Compare him with all the people, if you are really looking for the honest candidate.

It's not that Andrew Yang is a bad candidate. But Bernie still seems better. First of all, Yang is a capitalist. He can call himself a "human capitalist" all he wants, but at the end of the day, he's still a capitalist. Of course Bernie supporters (socialists) don't want to support a capitalist. It also seems a bit troubling that Yang has supporters among the alt-right. There is also the fact the he promises free money for everyone if he's elected, which is stupid - even Yang himself admitted that it could have negative effects. His rhetoric is also, in some ways, reminiscent of Trumps "drain the swamp" rhetoric, in the way that he talks about how a "smart entrepreneur" like him, is all that's needed to fix the problems. I'll still root for Bernie. But then again, I'm not even American so

Should Bernie pay for his lies also, just to bring a little balance to the game? You seem to genuinely hate him. It's so awkward to watch. The establishment media is trying too hard, these attacks on Sanders sound so desperate and delusional.
