Am I the only one that thinks that she's doing these cringey overdramtic theatral on purpose. I mean just compare that to the jass and piano show, she's way more flawless and beautiful. It looks like giving enigma a ridiculous aspect to it's storyline is precisly what she wants to do.

Yes. This is exactly what it is. Some people get it.

These monologues and "acting" parts of this show are supposed to be over the top, dramatic, ridiculous, etc. None of it is serious.

When is everyone going to realize that Gaga literally does whatever she wants. She goes for it and doesn't give a f***. She is still that extra theater kid from New York deep down. Always putting on a show when she is on stage.

It's not like her personality in everyday life is anything like her onstage one. It's basically the opposite.  You really think she routinely tells people to go **** themselves? The kindness queen? No.

And yeah, during the Jazz and Piano show, a different character emerges, and nothing about it is even remotely "cringey."

Both are exaggerated aspects of parts of her personality. Neither should be taken at face value.

I fully enjoyed the show. It was a great way to spend a Saturday night. My husband is halfway around the world but we were able to simultaneously watch and live chat with each other. He was a casual fan, LOVED her J&P show so much he tattooed the LG logo on himself, and is now a huge fan.

He hadn't seen any Enigma videos or anything. He LOVED this show and now can't wait to go back and see it in Vegas later this year. He was blown away by her talent and was hearing several songs for the first time. And, he really liked being able to see her ass for half the show...

I honestly don't understand any of the criticism. IMO, she got up there and killed it. Some people here don't know how to appreciate talent and have expectations that are unrealistic. She is a human being, not a machine.

We know this about Gaga. Most of us love the speeches in all her shows and we know they are supposed to be exaggerated. We know she's acting, we're not stupid. But those parts of the Enigma show are really poorly executed imo. The accent is irritating and everything she says comes across as cringey. She doesn't exude the same bad bitch energy that she has in previous shows. It's nowhere near the same caliber as the monster ball or born this way ball. They had their cheesy moments but it was done right.

Am I late in noticing the wig(s) were styled just a little bit differently last night?

I usually defend the blue jellyfish, but for the first time I think it actually looked, like, good. I’ve seen the show in person, and it was still a kooky flat wig. But this time it was really voluminous and full of life and personality?

Nice.

It's because we watched in a great quality, the same for her vocals. I watched some fancams of this show and her vocals didn't sound good as they did in the official livestream

Enigma reminds me of the original Blade Runner film for some reason.

Gaga, put Vangelis on LG6 or we riot! :fthis:

If you go back a few pages, someone made a  YouTube recording of it.
