A note on HDD’s reliability: they have reliable sources and not-so-reliable sources. Let’s not forget they teased that Taylor would drop a new album (after Lover)  before 2020, which never happened. They also claimed false dates for Eminem (who came two months later) and Adele (who has yet to come). However they’ve also proven to be extremely reliable at times as well. It’s honestly about 50/50 with them.

BlackoutZone on ATRL however, has never been wrong as far as I can see. He’s been especially reliable with Kesha’s High Road info. So I’m hesitant to call an HDD report a “confirmation” when they don’t always get it right, but I’d trust the ATRL insider

He hasn’t said anything about a tour I don’t think, but he did say Stupid Love is still the lead, it’s still coming Feb 7, and the video is dropping the same day!

When they are this confident about news it means their source is reliable but YEAH other news outlets have also talked about a tour coming (The Sun) so I feel like they might even have the same source, probably an industry insider

If there's an announcement, it won't be until Saturday night. It'd be too weird to make an announcement before Saturday's concert. Like she announces a new song for February 7th and doesn't mention it at her pre-superbowl concert?

For me it could be during the show on Saturday, at the end she announces to the public the release date of her lead single and then on Twitter.
Or maybe she's waiting for the media frenzy on Sunday's Super Bowl to end.
