Guess Bey and Jay pulled out as well. I'm guessing they heard they wont win anything so they pulled out and since they're not presenting either there is no reason to go. That's why they're removing seats, after getting confirmation from the artist that they're not attending. Looks like Gaga gave them a headsup pretty early on.
